Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To join the GGBand Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be 15 years or older
• Own or operate a valid website, channel, or social media account related to esports, gaming, or relevant content
• Not engage in illegal, misleading, or harmful promotional tactics

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote GGBand using your unique tracking link or code
• Only use approved marketing materials provided by GGBand
• Represent GGBand fairly and without misleading claims
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and data protection laws

3. Commissions & Payouts

Commission structure: $4 CPA per qualified user.
A “qualified user” is defined as a user who registers and meets criteria such as depositing or engaging with the platform (subject to fraud checks).
Payouts are processed monthly with a minimum payout threshold via approved payment methods.
GGBand reserves the right to adjust or withhold commissions in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

4. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

• Misrepresent GGBand or create fake promotions
• Use spam, cookie stuffing, unauthorized redirects, or deceptive traffic sources
• Bid on GGBand brand keywords in PPC campaigns
• Promote GGBand on adult, violent, or hate content platforms
• Violations will result in termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

5. Tracking & Reporting

Affiliates can access their dashboard to view clicks, conversions, and earnings. GGBand uses industry-standard tracking systems but is not responsible for technical issues or lost referrals outside our control.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause.
Upon termination, all promotional use of GGBand assets must stop immediately.
Commissions will be paid out only for valid users referred before the termination date.

7. Intellectual Property

All GGBand logos, banners, creatives, and materials remain the property of GGBand. Affiliates may not alter or claim ownership of these assets.

8. Limitation of Liability

GGBand is not liable for any loss of earnings, reputational damage, or indirect losses incurred through your participation in the affiliate program.

9. Changes to Terms

GGBand may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
